As a result of Sandra's work with parents, She has discovered that many caregivers possess the necessary tools to make a vast difference in their child's developmental outcomes regardless of the child's level of functioning. Therefore, she has designed a written guide that is easy to understand with suggestions that parents can readily implement, Lullabelle & Friends' Parent Guide: Enhancing Your Child's Speech-Language Development From Birth to Three Years and Beyond... The hope is that parents and caregivers will be inspired to create a stimulating, language-rich home environment.

Sandra was my son's speech therapist for 15 months. When my son first worked with Sandra he was only saying "dat" for everything. By the time his services were finished, he was able to speak in 4-5 word sentences. She had begun to teach him the art of back an forth conversation, which he is still working on today. She has a lot of heart and dedication for her students and is firm yet patient and understanding when teaching her students.

"I did the accent reduction training with Sandra. Her explanations and instructions were always very clear and helpful to understand how different sounds are formed. /She adjusted the training program to my individual needs and progress. The one-to-one sessions were very effective and supported by an online training program. I enjoyed the training and highly recommend Sandra as a trainer."

"When my daughter Avery turned 2 she still was not talking. Instead of even attempting to use words or trying to steer me in the right direction to what she wanted she would rather cry. Having a five year old who started talking before the age of two, this experience was new to me. I know everyone always say that all children grow and develop differently but I could not help but be concerned. I decided to speak to Avery’s pediatrician. She suggested that I put her in a daycare center so that she could interact with other kids her age in hopes that it will develop her speech. The doctor told me that if putting her in the daycare does not work then come back and she will sign her up for Early Intervention. After waiting patiently to see improvements in speech from Avery in the course of 3 months in the daycare there was very little improvements. Avery was still crying all of the time in frustration because she could not express herself. I took Avery back to the doctor’s office to begin the Early Intervention process. After being tested Avery qualified for speech therapy. Going into this new experience was a little nerve wracking but seeing the frustration on Avery’s face everyday coupled with my frustration and not being able to hear her true voice, I hoped that this would pay off. That’s where Ms. Sandra Williams comes in. When Ms. Williams was assigned to Avery I did not know what to expect how my shy Avery would respond to her. Ms. Williams was very warm, welcoming, and loving. Avery surprisingly opened up to her instantly. To see how Avery seemed so comfortable around Ms. Williams when it seemed like eternity for her to warm up to others really calmed all of my fears about the speech therapy actually working for Avery. Weeks went by and I started noticing results. Avery started to acquire more words and was able to use these words correctly. Avery became more social and even her teachers said they had seen an improvement. My family was now able to communicate with Avery over the phone and that is when it became real to me. Avery seemed to have clicked and start talking over night. I know this was all due to Ms. Williams. All of her phone calls, advice, tricks, and exercises that she had me try all lead up to this moment. I am extremely grateful for everything that Ms. Williams did for my family because before her everything that we tried did not work. Ms Williams has been a Godsend to our family and especially my little Avery and we are all appreciative.”
